My introduction to the world of spirit communication began with random radio sweep or using what is known as a Franks Box. It was on a forum that I first saw people dabbling with this method and my first knee jerk reaction was not a good one. I have always considered words and statements to be easily corroborated and images to be fleeting and what I was being shown seemed to be a flight of fancy at best. I appreciated the attempts but I felt that these people where seeking validation where none existed and my initial introduction was a viceral turnoff. I really did not want to be around such mumbo jumbo. There was nothing that I could see in the photos that looked human , animal or vegetable for that matter and everything was up for interpretation. I have always seen myself as a logical and linear individual and even though I am an artist by nature this was naot a happy medium for me.

          Several months later during a conversation with a friend who is an avid seeker in the paranormal field I got a second chance to entertain the idea that the spirit realms use water to communicate. Lisa shared with me some of her captures and suddenly I was intrigued. These photographs were not up for grabs, these photos had a message to convey and what I saw amazed me. The images were graphic and true to life, some contained subject matter that short of any other word was down right scary. Many of the characters that we see in contemporary horror movies were found in her screen shots. Images that made you wonder which came first the alien in the Alien blockbuster series or something menacing lurking out in the universe. Lisa and I had very similar experiences with the paranormal world and I felt an urge to dis-spell the myth by giving this a shot.

           The necessary tools for water ITC are llisted below before I continue the discussion any further:

                         1. Water......mine comes from the tap. Bottled, natural such as lake, ocean or rain water are probably interesting to try just to see what the end

                             results might contain.

                         2. Bowls......Glass, ceramic, metal, clear, glazed in every configuration will yeild interesting results.

                         3. Fabrics.......which can be placed either inside the bowl or underneath a clear glass bowl will add color and hue to the images that will appear.

                             Spirits have amazing ways of manipulation light, color and texture to their advantage.

                         4.Light source..... This can be natural light or indoor lighting ofyour choice. Experiment with colored bulbs and control the quantity and the

                             harshness of light to find the right blend for you. I have found that a very strong light directly overhead can burn the images and appear like

                             the glowing sun at the bottom of your bowl.

                          5. Something to stir with......Your fingers, a wooden spoon, a metal spoon and any variety of items that might yeild interesting results. Many

                              believe that using your own hand connects your energy to theirs and is a more powerful tool, I cant say that I have found that to be the case.

                              I use my hand because I am able to render a variety of strokes to either increase or decrease the movement of the water. I have taped many

                              sessions where I have allowed the sink faucet to gently flow into the bowl and run over the edge keeping a continous flow of moving water.

                           6. Camera......A good quality digital camera with a high pixalation count is a great tool but I have used mycell phone camera for most of my

                               sessions because it is small and light weght and i can hold it with one hand as i multi task with the other.

                           7. Personal computer or laptop.....Where you can down load your videos and use video editing software to view and enhance the images for

                               better viewing and presentation.

                           8. AVS Video editor......A free and simple software found online that will allow you to take screen shots of your images rather than taking

                               individual captures of each image, which gets very tedious and keeps you from focusing on important matters.

                           9. Photo Elf.......Another free software found online that will allow you to turn a positive image into a negative image and play with clorors and

                               hues to create the sharpest image.

                           10. You.......Noone else is like you and in the world of the paranormal that always gives you the advantage.Your abilities, qualities and personal

                                energy has everything to do with the final result.

          Chances are as modern human you already possess everything listed above nd there will be no investment required to get started. Your sessions need to be brief  and kept to a few minutes at maximum because you will be viewing each recording fame by frame and te longer te session the longer it will take to see the results. I generally dont exceed 4 minutes. In the beginning unsure of what I was looking for I took a screen shot of every frame with time at a premium and a developement of your abilities you will quickly develope an eye for the medium and reduce the screen shots to the required few.

           As you dealve deeper and deeper into this mystery and your collection of short tapes grows to reflect your interest you should consider a method to the madness to keep everything sorted and organized. Once I have finished my screen shots for any given recording I craete a file under PICTURES in my documenet file on my personal computer.I give that file a name and a date and I also include the recording inside the file incase I want to go back for a review. things can quickly get out of control without a plan and you might also invest in a back-up system on your computer to keep these files protected from a system crash.

           Here are some techniques to try before you start your sessions. whether these methods have any impact is for you to determine with time and application, keeping in mind that what works for you may not equally work for another. Communicating with unseen dimensions requires dedication of your time and energy and the tools which you use are as important to the final result as the hidden qualities that you carry within yourself.

                         1. Meditate before your session.

                         2. Say a prayer above the bowl of water

                         3. Make a request.

                         4. Play music for the water.

                         5. Bring in a friend to assist by placing both of your hands in the water during the session.

                         6. Place an image near or beneath your clear glass bowl.

                         7. Place an object inside the bowl as long as it does not deter from you having enough room for images to form.

                         8.  Use a few drops of oil or other additives to see if they are able to use these to their advantage in forming images.

                         9. Reuse the same water over a period of time.

                         10. Be creative with your thoughts and applications and keep a journal of what you observe.

        I have found that the water method has not only made me a believer in the process but I have melded emotionally and creatively with this method over time. Words are powerful but so is imagery and this is a method that you are emmersed in the process. In the next few paragraphs we are going to discuss what I have learned while doing this and the conclusions that I have reached. Please keep in mind that my results dont dictate what you may experience and feel and nor should they. this is a big universe and we are all on our individual journeys and who is to say what your journey should contain and which path it should take you down. Most people are content to leave ordinary lives and part of our indoctrination process is being told by society what reality is and how it is defined. That is the very reason that so many are aprehensive about the word paranormal it does not appeal to their linear sense of a world they can see, touch, smell and hear.

         At first I was simply hoping to get an image, any image so I could feel that this was possible for me not just someone else. I had no expectations as to what I wanted to see. My very first session can be found in the photo section of this website and is called "Alien Head". During the taping I was not able to see anything and I was about to promp[t myself not to cry over spilt milk for having been forsaken. When I reviewed the footage on review frame by frame I was shocked and freaked out. Here I am with my hand in a pan of tap water swirling around in the safety of my kitchen. What you see in isolated frames is my touching a decapitated head of an alien like creature in my pan. The pan is no longer filled with water but with stuff. I have even included several negatives of the same view that show you the bone structure of the skull beneath the flesh. My first attempt was spot on and now I was a water ITC addict, running to my pan of water whenever I had a chance and a minute to spare.

          There are only a handfull of people in the world who actively indulge in water ITC and I am lucky to know the best and have an opportunity to share my work and get feedback on my results as they share theirs. Skulls I have found are a reacuring theme in Water ITC imagery. My first reaction was unease because we here on earth use skulls as symbols of death and horror movies are littered with these types of images intended to scare and create fear. But here are some of my thoughts on why that image is put forward and why it may be one of the first things that you recieve.

                          1. Skull images are recognized all over our planet by almost everyone. You dont have to be a medical professional to be able to assimilate thios

                              image. Even relatively small children can tell you what it is. So if the astral world is communicating with us and wants to capture our attention

                              quickly and with great ease they are going to give us something the eye and the brain can rapidly unlock as am image we know. This image

                              is so powerful that it seems to be the one image they have mastered that they can produce rapidly in any given session over and over to get

                              your attention. They are struglgling with most other images but this one seems to be the one given.

                           2.  Since most people who are trying Water ITC are looking for affirmation from the beyond what a better logo than a skull for the supposed

                                dead to say "Hello here we are"......it is almost comical.

                           3. The skull images have included a multitude of alien images, the standard alien greys to elongated skulls found in mesoamerica and many

                               imbetween. I also dont rule out that it is possible that we may be contacting inter-dimensional beings from time to time who may wish to

                               show us their physical attributes, infact there have been several sessions in which i have had very strong feelings leaning towards that very

                               possibility.

                            4. The last point I want to make about the skull image is that the human skull is a complex shape and when they create that shape they

                                manage to give us a three dimensional skull in all it glory. Skulls have orbital holes where the eyes reside. Those orbital openings have a

                                very unique shape and have to be positioned accordingly. Skulls have manidibles and jaw bones and those include a very precise number

                                of teeth that vary in shape. The olefactory opening also has a very jagged shape and a very purposefull location. The bottom line is that this

                                shape does not occur randomly on its own in nature and its to be least expected in your tap water. If that does not get your attention I dont

                                know what will.

          Each session that I have conducted has had its own unique theme. Sometimes I am very aware of their attempt to make a point. There are days when its all about the images and other days it seems to be all about numbers and letters. There have been occasions that they have managed a few recognizable words and I even feel that there are a few distinct styles of writing that must belong to their respective owners. I have seen every letter of the alphabet and every number on the numerical chart. I have seen things that look like mathmatical problems and I have also gotten a feeling that there are languages and alphabets represnted that may have long vanished or not be of our realm all together. These are things that you assertain with time and patience and documentation, which is what I hope to achieve here on this website.

          Numbers and letters dont appear in water, water crystals do. Straight lines rarely occure in nature and when the do they are part of chemical construction as we see in crystals and even snow flakes. There are screen shots of many sessions on the photo section where the pan or bowl is filled with hundreds of numbers and letters like an alphabet soup. The odds of this happening are staggering. Even if they fail to create those sentences with the right timinig to be captured in your session the very fact that they are there is a signal to be appreciated and not to be taken for granted.

          As you begin reviewing your session look at the progression of physical events in your container of water. Remind yourself that the water that you filled your pan or bowl with was for human consumption and clear to the view. As the minutes go by watch how the water becomes murky in color until it almost looks pasty. It is at this point that the best images begin to take shape. Watch how streams of noodle like material fills the bowl when your fingers touch the water. I dont know what this stuff is but I have an idea to put forth. Early in the century when physical mediums did readings it was recorded that a wispy white material would emerge from their mouths. This stuff was called ectoplasm. This material was the bone of contention as many deamed it to be the hallmark of fraud and deception with no scientific bases. Humans as we have discussed are more than their physical bodies and we contain energies uncharted and I believe what we are seeing here is the interaction between your energy and that of the water.           Water ITC opens the channels for many interesting discussions for us. Lets take a closer look at the medium itself, water. Water is plentifull on our planet. When scientists look for life beyond our blue gem they seek planets with water, for where water is known to exist so does life. It is very possibe that there are life forms that may use other compounds as their signature for life but water is our source for life and where there is one instance there is a likelihood of duplication. Our universe is filled with examples of replication, things dont just pop up as unique instances or oddities or random mutations. The creator seem to have left behind his or her blueprint. So water is everywhere, within oceans and lakes and also inside living organisms. What we see here is that hydrogen is the most common molecule in the human body. For the most part we are water and chemicals mixed together and when there is a proper balance we feel well and function at an optimum.

          If water is the molecule of life what does that tell us about the creator? Could it be that he is closely linked somehow with this molecule? Or even on a wilder scheme is it possible to assertain that the creator and water might be one and the same thing? If I was a creator how would I keep tabs on my universe? How would I know how my creations are doing from a moment to moment basis? What realistic means could the creator employe to be everywhere at all times and to account for his domain? Even the bible has an interesting saying..." I am Alpha and Omega". Now we are not here to have a biblical discussion but to pinpoint the clues. The world is filled with possibilities and the answer is out there, what I am presenting may be an interesting theory.  Alpha and Omega mean the first and the last. On the chemical component chart Alpha is the hydrogen molecule and Omega is a little known component that is not found on earth. So the attributes of the creator contain the most common molecule known to us humans and something not of our world, an interesting allegory. So when we do Water ITC we are on some level playing with God or using his means and molecular structure as a roadway to interact with our universe. This thing that we have for so long taken for granted could be the biggest enigma of all. You may never feel the same standing under a stream of water in your shower. learn to look outside yourself and see things with a new vision and reassemble your world in a new understanding. Science and string theories are within your reach and your understanding. Dont fear things that you dont understand, break them down to size and rty to grasp their meaning.

          Since we are on the topic of water and its many attributes lets discuss the work of Dr.Masaro Emoto. I believe this man is a genius but there are all sorts of catagorizations for his findings. Some things may not mean much if you dont take time out of your lifes journey to side step and take a fresh new look but for those who have we think that he has found important facts that along with our experiments here show us that water is truely a miracle component. I will let you google him and read up but in short I will give a summary of his findings. Dr. Emoto found that when water was spken to with kindness the samples of water showed themselves to be completely and beautifully formed. He also found that the reverse was also true, when spoken to with malice and anger the samples showed themselves to be deformed. This has a profound meaning for all of us. One evening I was talking to a friend and fellow paranormal enthusiast on this topic and she simply said well consider this Nena, if Dr. Emotos findings are true then we are very much at risk of our own thoughts and how we use our thoughts to interact with others. This is a simple truth but I had never looked at it from that angle and my mind has been lit on fire since that evening not so long ago.

          Go to any book store and sample some of the self help books currently on the market. Basically what all self help books have said for as long as anyone can remember is that we area victim of our own poor judgement and low self esteem. The thoughts that circulate between our ears have a strange relationship with the outcome of our lives. How can something none physical impact something physical? Tell someone day in and day out that they are stupid and ugly and no use to the world and the results will bloom. In a world filled with bullies why do so many children commit suicide or decide to take revenge on their adversaries and often other innocent people in their path. How did the harmful words manage to take a normal person to the very edge? If you were to take the blood of a happy person and compare it to the blood of a very depressed person you would find that the chemical balance in one is present and in the other lacking. So its possible to say that an outside source can imprint on the hydrogen molecule simply through thought and not even an outward spoken thought. Dr. Emoto showed that holding a bottle and saying a silent prayer over it was as effective as speaking out loud. How does that rattle your cage? Does it even slightly change the way in which you see the world? does it give you pause the next time your child or your spouse makes you angry? Perhaps it should. Life is complicated but on many levels the truth is rather simple.

          So if this is the truth why is it not everywhere and the front page f the news? That is a good question indeed and one which many of us wonder each and every day. If death is merely a section of the human life cycle and not the end. If the huamn body is merely a vehicle that allows us to experience life but is not that which makes us concious beings. If the creator is water itself and we very much a part of our creator at all times even while separate, experiencing life on our own terms. If the universe is a fluid medium inside which we are suspended and not separate from and able to converse with then who the hell kept back the truth? Why? and who does that benefit? It appears that Talking about Water ITC has opened the proverbial faucet. It is not always to talk about one thing without talking about its offshoot. All things branch out into others and move away from the main source but at some point all things appear to merge. Is there a commonality between a pair of dirty socks and an apple? I am pretty sure there is but we are not going to discuss it on this page. It may require its own website.

         As humans become more advanced we are still trying to peice together the past. Here we have an advanced civilization existing on a planet made up of diverse races and cultures but we all come up with a dead end of sorts when it comes to the question of who are we really and where did we come from. We seem to be pretty sure of what our present consists of but when you reach a certain point in the past things get murky and unclear. The basic nitty gritty of our dilemma is that there are several branches of thought on who we are and whence we came. Some say that God created life on earth with a plan and they give us a date. Others believe that we evolved through chance mutation and arose from the oceans to conquer the earth to finally get ourselves a good home computer so we can enjoy facebook. And then there are those who believe that we may be a race not of God or random miscellaneous muation but that of an experiment by another alien race who came to earth and then journied onwards. I dont know which plan sounds better but the third one has always rung true to my heart. Now since we cannot agree on how and when we got here that makes us the bastard race of the galaxy and our dysfuncions include an ongoing argument on whos version of God is better and whos God is really the true God. Sounds like a reality show, well it actually is a reality show. One which to which we all subscribe.

          I keep on reminding myself that this is supposed to be about water but I feel that I am getting to the end of my point so dont turn off my faucet. So even though we have these petty issues that we cannot resolve like nice people the fact remains that somehow or other we got here and have been here ever since or until we discover a way to get off this planet and take our issues else where and start over again. We may be existing in a mental vaccum when it comes to te distant past but there must have been a begining, a starting point a place where all things began. If the truth about the human condition was known then at some point during some calamity or major planetary mis-hap a group of people saw it to their advantage to slowly erase that knowledge and gain control. What was there to gain in this exercise? everything or atleast momentary control of life on this planet during our earthy journey. Life on this planet seems to have an existing plan which includes the assimilation of new humans into the larger mainstream river of ever flowing life. These humans once in this upstream torrent have to help sustain themselves and others by being usefull and productive so a growing population of humans can live in order within a supportive network. This network was once far more diverse and self sufficient at a grass roots levels, a tribal level of life where small groups of people took care of their own. Small groups of people who spoke hundreds of languages and had unique cultures of their own slowly came into closer contact with each other and municipalites grew into city states and finally countries. There has long been a power struggle for control and dominance between the movers and shakers and the competitive nature of humans will always insure that it remains that way. We are wired to survive and overcome at the basic level and this seems to be a component that cannot be removed from our fabric. We grow through strife by pushing ourselves onwards. So here we are in a complex community that has evolved over eons and has a pattern of large scale behavior and those who control the ebb and flow of power and money. In our society power and money are but shadows of one another. So those who withheld the true nature of our destiny realized that it would give them control in the here and now. It would allow them to herd us like cattle when and where they wanted and enjoy the fruits of our labor. So why would these pwerful men and women allow even a flicker of the truth in the way of watered down texts alluding to a bigger God and ever present creator? The answer to that seems rather simple. A bastard child never having known its true parents even inspite of adoption all ways has a lingering heart. He or she will look at its adoptive parents knowing that they are not its biological parents and dont hold the secrets it needs disclosed. there is a longing in the human heart not only for our earthly parents but out creator at large. We seem to instinctively know that it exists deep down inside. The movers and shakers who controled the masses, uneducated masses well before te days of books, education and technology still could not escape the yolk. They were still human like the ones they traeted like cattle. By allowing a glimmer and a hope of a heavenly realm they attempted to control the gateway to heaven for those who did their bidding. Money has been flowing into these coffers ever since. Heaven is your birth right and noone can keep you back. Believing in God or denying him will not alter the fact that you will shed this body and move on. No amount of money paid into the church coffers will change the outcome. Those who withheld the truth can only do it wilst here and temporarily, what they have to gain is control and financial gain.

          It seems daunting but it is not. There is a progression and movement forwards in all things. If you cannot understand the nature to one thing take that which you do understand and look at its patterns and fill in the blanks and test your hypothesis. All of our struggles are internal struggles the universe is not your enemy but merely a medium in which you are suspended that serves as your life force enhancer. We are a product of our own thoughts and that of others. All of human history is therefore one man enforcing his attitude and belief on others who were not strong enough to enforce their own. Where you sit today as you read this is just this point. Are you happy? are you satisfied in life? why is that? how did you come to be in this situation?what can you do to change it? is the big world out there something that you fear and bow down to or do you believe you can change momentum and be a force within a force? Are you towing the line for others? is this your story line or has it been written by others and handed to you?

          Water ITC can be an awakening for some, another way to view the universe and realize that by placing your hands in a bowl of water a medium of the creator you can communicate with an intelligence that is trying to get your attention. You can place the truth in front of many and most will continue their own awkward journey. You cannot force change upon anyone but allow them to travel their path at their own pace in their own time. The truth has always been right in front of you.
